Jarosław Król
President of the Management Board / Partner
The founder and president of the management board of K-Partners. He has been conducting consulting activities since 1990, in particular in the field of investments and business analysis. He is a specialist in the field of financial risk management, investments and enterprises. He has extensive knowledge of international and domestic financial markets, as well as the tele-information and energy sector with a focus on photovoltaics. A specialist in transactions on global derivatives markets, managing an investment portfolio and business valuation.
In 2008, he founded Provide Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., associated with TFI until 2022, among others as a member of the management board responsible for overseeing risk management. In the years 2021-2022, the president of Stilo Energy. He held managerial or supervisory positions in such organizations as PZU, TP Invest, PKO BP and J.W. Construction. On behalf of K-Partners, he advised entities such as PGNiG, KGHM and EcoPaliwa.
He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology. He also holds an MBA degree.
Michał Król
Vice President of the Management Board / Partner Business
Analyst and expert in the field of risk management. He gained experience on the financial market, in the process of conducting private equity investments and managing an investment fund company. In addition, he participated in projects in the field of Machine Learning and Data Science. In the years 2020-2021, a member of the management board of Provide Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. Currently, he focuses his attention on new technologies.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences at the Warsaw University of Technology. He has the title of Professional Risk Manager (# PRM115560).
